Where is the wedding located?

What is the best way to travel to the venue?
We recommend flying into Pisa or Florence from the following UK Airports: Birmingham,Manchester or London Heathrow.
You can then travel into Tuscany by Taxi (IT Taxi App or App Taxi are recommended for reasonable fares).
Depending on the total number of guests that confirm, we will look to source quotes for a coach transfer, from the airport straight to the accommodation.
Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?
Ceremony location: San Galgano Abbey
Reception/Accommodation: Casale San Galgano
It is just a two-minute walk from the accommodation to the Abbey, where the ceremony will take
place.
* All events will take place outdoors. Sunglasses / fans are recommended
What accommodation is available?
Accommodation is available on site from the 3rd of August 2026 – 5th August 2026.
A limited number of rooms have been blocked out.
To book a room, please message Chloe or Corey directly. Full payment of £170 per person will be required in order to reserve a room. This includes a 2-night stay, with breakfast included.
Within a close vicinity, there are a range of alternative accommodations available, in the Chiusdino area. However, we would love for as many of our guests as possible to all be in the same place.
Can I take pictures during the wedding?
We ask that you don’t take photos or videos during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer to capture everything and can share these with you after the wedding.
Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like. Don’t forget to share them with us on WhatsApp.
What should I wear?
We have no formal dress code, but usual wedding attire applies.
Ladies, please avoid wearing white or any neutral shades. The sun will be shining so colour is encouraged – don’t be shy!
Gentlemen, we’re thinking suits, trousers and shirts. Please avoid wearing jeans or trainers.
Will there be vegetarian or vegan meal options?
Yes.

Food on the day will be traditional Italian; Pizza and Pasta!
Will be there an open bar?
Drinks are on us for 2 hours following the reception meal! The hangover is on you…
Red and white wine and soft drinks will be served during the reception meal.
What is the most important information to check on my Passport?
Due to the Laws and Regulations of the European Union, please ensure that you check your passport expiration date ahead of time. Most countries within the EU require your Passport to be valid for at least six months beyond your planned date of departure.
If your passport requires renewal, please plan ahead! Currently, passport processing times are 8-11 weeks.
When shall I RSVP by?
To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. The deadline to RSVP is 29 th September 2025. If you do not RSVP on time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.
